Administrative Support - Full Time (Manchester, NH)

Normand|Higham is looking for an energetic person to fill our full-time Administrative Support position. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong computer skills, be a team player, work independently, possess strong communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task. Experience with bankruptcy, domestic law, probate, estate planning, and personal injury preferred.

Internships Available:

  • Law Clerk Intern:

    2nd or 3rd year law student will be involved in all facets of the law firm and gain real client and case experience.  Opportunities to shadow attorneys at depositions, hearings, client meetings will be ongoing.

  • Paralegal Intern

  A college or post college individual will gain experience into the operation of the law firm by performing tasks, under the guidance of a lawyer or staff member, shadowing attorneys at hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings, obtaining daily attorney feedback on work product generated, assist and participate in all facets of law firm activities or observe same as the case may be.

  • Clerical Intern

 A College or High School student assist with the clerical staff in the organization of files, communications with attorneys regarding clerical matters, develop a working skill set with office machines, including computers, fax machines, postage meters, photocopiers, scanners, and other office technology matters as well as the paper file organizational system in a law firm.

  • Social Network Marketing Intern

 The intern will work with the marketing staff and occasionally retained marketing professional to review and update our website, identify blogs for lawyers to draft, postings in company facebook and other social marketing accounts, suggest improvements. 

Hours/Schedule: The schedule is flexible and is expected to be 15-25 hours per week depending on the candidate.  The internship is expected to last for 2-4 months
