	Auto accidents, probate litigation and zoning matters are Jim's area of concentration. He is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire and has always been involved in community activities. In 1973, while a sophomore at the University of New Hampshire at the age of 20, he was the youngest member elected to the N.H. State House of Representatives. He graduated Cum Laude from Whittemore School of Business and Economics at UNH while serving in the Legislature, chairing the important House Appropriations sub-committee on the Administration of Justice, and serving as the Chair of the 48-member Manchester Legislative Delegation. Jim went on to law school and graduated from The Boston University School of Law in 1980 and was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar that year. In 1986 he opened his own law firm starting with one secretary and two rooms, and quickly grew to our present size of 4 attorneys and 10 support staff in our own building. While dedicated to serving his clients and managing this general practice law firm, Jim has continued to devote time to serving the community. Jim served on the Governor's Executive Council, representing 20% of the State of New Hampshire. He previously served as President of the Manchester Bar Association and on the Board of Governors of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association. He is the prior Chair of the St. Mary's Bank Supervisory Committee, Manchester Planning Board and is a Board Member of the Greater Manchester Development Corporation. He is on the New Hampshire Superior Court Panel of Mediators and is a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Mediators. He previously served on the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for New Hampshire. He is presently the Army Reserve Ambassador for New Hampshire.
